Your claim can only be processed if you correctly fill in the form and send us the complete documentation (photos, invoice, delivery receipt etc.).

please note that installation material and small parts are sent separately through a parcel service, hence delivery can take place at different times. If you did not receive all packages from the shipping company, it is possible that the rest of the shipment is still in transit and will also be delivered soon.
In case of missing packages fill in the following form as accurately as possible, so we can send the missing parts as quickly as possible.
